General Description
A collection of 21 handbooks that will lead to a better understanding of the possible adaptations in every sport (so that the physical education teacher at school can adapt the exercises in physical education class) – easy to read handbooks which focus on important contents and will contribute to the improvement of the knowledge and the sports practice of people with disabilities. The essential thing is the production of practical guides and tools so that professionals are able to develop more activities in inclusive sports and improve their performance.

General Description
Preparation and promotion of a peddy paper with tradition games that brought together preschool students, the elderly and people with disabilities.
The activity was carried out by the elderly and children of the preschool at the Trafaria Social Center, and young people with disabilities from APCAS.

It is important that athletes with disabilities motivate other athletes and the community, in order to reflect on the facilitators / barriers they encountered on their sports path, as well as to promote inclusive sport. General Description
Develop videos / games so that practitioners can perform physical activity in any context (inside / outside the home), using their own materials / materials they use at home. This methodology was fundamental, namely in the emergence of the pandemic. It was monitored with practitioners’ records and photographs.
