Twenty-two entities from 21 different countries (Austria had 2 entities responding to the survey) answered the national situation analysis questionnaire. The participating countries were: Italy, Armenia, Estonia, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, The Netherlands, Ireland, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Germany, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Norway.
