Regarding the typology of the organizations presented, from the 21 entities that answered the question:

  • 73,9% (n=17) entities, are “not-for-profit”
  • 17,4% (n=4) entities are “private company”
  • 8,7% (n=2) entities are “public authority”
    • It should be noted that two ranked either as “private company” and as “not-for-profit “

  • • 6 entities referred only to clubs
  • • 4 entities referred only to education
  • • 3 entities referred concurrently to the field of action education and clubs
  • • 2 entities referred only health
  • • 2 entities referred concurrently to the field of actions education and health
  • • 2 entities referred concurrently to the field of action health and clubs
  • • 1 entity has referred only municipality
  • • 1 entity has referred 3 fields of action: Education, Clubs and Municipalities
  • • 1 entity has referred 4 fields of action

As regards the programs / initiatives submitted, one of the 22 respondents to the question, regarding their frequency:

  • • 63,6% (n=14) stated that the program / initiative has a regular frequency
  • • 18,2% (n=4) stated that the program / initiative has a yearly frequency
  • • 9,1% (n=2) reported that the program / initiative has a seasonal frequency
  • • 9,1% (n=2) reported other frequencies: o Regional tournaments, National championship with clubs based on disabled institutions and associations.
  • o The program was an one-off run in the run-up to, during and after the Paralympic Games in Rio.

  • • 7 entities reported that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is local and regional
  • • 4 entities stated that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is only local
  • • 4 entities stated that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is only regional
  • • 2 entities stated that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is only international
  • • 2 entities stated that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is local, regional and international
  • • 1 entity stated that the level of implementation of the program / initiative is local and international
